“The universe operates through dynamic exchange . . . giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives.” – Deepak Chopra
The approach of a new year naturally invites reflection. This can feel both welcoming and a bit daunting. Using variations of the Ignatian spiritual practices of the Examen and Lectio Divina, along with the spiritual dynamic of giving and receiving, we will respond to that invitation with gentle reflections on the past year and gracious pondering of the new year ahead. This spacious retreat day will include contemplative practices, personal reflection, periods of silence, and sacred space for sharing.
