Blessed Are You……
Living the “Be Attitudes” ……Blessings of Jesus
Come be still, reflect and celebrate the “Be Attitudes”, Jesus’ blessings that call us to live lives of wholeness: lives of holiness. Learn about those who lived and those who continue to live the Beatitudes…..the Saints of the Past and the Present. Bring your listening heart ,experiences and personal stories to share so that we might inspire, empower and encourage each other to live these blessings in our daily lives. A note book or journal and a Bible are helpful to bring along for the day.
Our Friends Day of Prayer retreats are held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month. Everyone is welcome to attend and you can drop into any month. It’s not required to attend every retreat. Everyone will gather for coffee and pastries for the first half hour. Sr. Ann will give a morning presentation, followed by Mass in the chapel, a delicious lunch, and then she will give an afternoon presentation. Free time will be offered to walk the labyrinth, spend quiet time in prayer or shop in the bookstore.
