“A song can travel to places in the heart where words alone cannot go.” ~StoweGood
Some days we sing the blues; others we dance to a joyful melody. Music has the power to touch our souls like nothing else. Songs can tickle our funny bones, comfort our grieving hearts, inspire us to help others, and even entice us to sing along. Fortunately, the lyrics of our hearts can find expression and harmony through music.
Along with Peggy Patenaude as facilitator, StoweGood, two outstanding singer-songwriters, will lead women in a pilgrimage of the heart through presentation, storytelling, ritual, prayer, group sharing, and of course, music. Whatever heart song one is currently singing, “Lyrics of the Heart” will offer support for each woman’s journey.
This retreat is for women. Check-in begins at 3pm. Dinner is served at 6pm and then the retreat will begin at 7pm.
