Before we enter the season of Advent, it is a great time to learn something new. Our Making All Things New retreat will provide you with plenty of tools to improve your health, deepen your faith, and enjoy life to the fullest. Our healthy living retreat is rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, which focuses on a whole person approach to being well: body, mind and spirit. This retreat is perfect for anyone who is ready to make some changes in their life. We’ve also added a “go deeper” experience for anyone who has made our retreat before, and look forward to you joining us again!
Our retreat will include segments on prayer, exercise, and diet. Healthy selections will be offered during our meals. The retreat will continue with 40 days of on-line follow-up. Check-in begins at 3pm and then the retreat begins before dinner at 5pm. Guided by Paul Gallagher.
