It’s a new year and a great time to learn something new. Our Making All Things New retreat will provide you with plenty of tools to improve your health, deepen your faith, and enjoy life to the fullest. Our healthy living retreat is rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, which focuses on a whole person approach to being well: body, mind and spirit. This retreat is perfect for anyone who is ready to make some changes in their life. We’ve also added a “go deeper” experience for anyone who has made our retreat before, and look forward to you joining us again!
Our retreat will include segments on prayer, exercise, and diet. Healthy selections will be offered during our meals. The retreat will continue with 40 days of on-line follow-up. Check-in begins at 3pm and then the retreat begins before dinner at 5pm. Guided by Paul Gallagher.
About the Presenter:
Paul Gallagher, is a long-time faith formation leader in the Archdiocese of Baltimore and is a doctoral candidate at Catholic University of America. Paul used the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius to get his own health back on track and looks forward to helping you with your own transformation. He is presently the Director of Adult Faith Formation at St. John Church in Westminster, and is also a doctoral candidate at the Catholic University of America, focusing on the positive effects Ignatian Spiritual can have on a person’s health and wellbeing.
