Mind Body Medicine focuses on the interactions between mind and body and the powerful ways in which you can participate in your own health and healing. Thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can affect and shape every aspect of our biological functioning. How we care for our bodies can affect how we think and feel and what we believe.
This retreat will give you an overview of Mind Body Medicine as well as teach you how to apply some its core principles to your life so that you will then be able to begin a practice of self-care. This retreat will feature didactic as well as experiential exercises to further cement the utility of these principles. This retreat is not an all-inclusive experience.
