Are you looking to go deeper in your relationship with God? Join us as we explore the Spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola. This method has been used by seekers for nearly 500 years. Our retreat will introduce participants to Ignatian methods of prayer, including: Daily Examen, Meditation/Contemplation. We will also explore discernment and ways in which we can find God in the daily rhythms of life. Participants will be shown how the Ignatian Way might improve all areas of your life. Paul Gallagher, is a long-time faith formation leader in the Archdiocese of Baltimore and is a doctoral candidate at Catholic University of America. Paul used the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius to get his own health back on track and looks forward to helping you with your own transformation. He is presently the Director of Adult Faith Formation at St. John Church in Westminster, and is also a doctoral candidate at the Catholic University of America, focusing on the positive effects Ignatian Spiritual can have on a person’s health and well being.
