The School of Life: Graduation or Commencement?
Join us for the annual Women’s Wellness Weekend, a time of inspiration, spiritual growth and companionship at our Retreat and Conference Center. We will begin with dinner on Friday and enjoy a relaxed environment to get to know each other and reconnect with returning friends.
Saturday begins with a feature presentation by a favorite Retreat and Conference Center presenter, Sandy Queen. Sandy will inspire us with her humor and guidance as she focuses on the “School of Hard Knocks” and how we’ve learned and grown from life’s experiences. Then you will have a choice of three out of nine workshops to attend that range in spiritual, physical and creative themes including: spiritual direction, t’ai chi chih, yoga, music and crafts. Saturday evening will be a casual time to unwind and socialize over snacks, crafts and a movie.
On Sunday morning, Sandy Queen will close this special weekend with a final presentation, “Now we’re commencing!” She will talk about what it means to ‘graduate with honors’ in life and how our wisdom continues to guide us in life as we learn and grow, no matter what age and stage we’re at in life. You can then attend the 11am Mass or enjoy free time before lunch and your departure. You won’t want to miss this special annual women’s wellness retreat. Many guests return year after year! We welcome brand new guests too! It’s a wonderful weekend of rejuvenation, growth and relaxation. Check-in begins on Friday at 3pm and the program will begin with dinner at 6pm. This retreat is for women only.
